Job Description

Responsibilities:

This position will provide role Player and Surveillance team training support to the Joint Counter Intelligence Training Academy. Candidates will provide practical exercise based training and professional development for Counter Intelligence practitioners who serve in operational, investigative, collection, and analytical roles.

Qualifications 

Basic Qualifications:

• MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance within four years.
• Must have demonstrated experience in Counter intelligence career field providing operational, investigative, collection or analytical experience
• Must be familiar and trained in discrete surveillance, surveillance detection methodologies, and associated disciplines
• Must be able to conduct scheduled surveillance activities and evaluate student performance.
• Candidate will be required to provide timely, thorough feedback to all students
• Must be willing to provide exercise support as requested.
• Extended work hours may be required to meet physical requirements to meet training exercise schedules
• Must possess a US driver’s license
• Must have good communication skills.
  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Candidate supporting role player responsibilities will be responsible for providing any supporting props such as costumes, communication devices and disguises.
• This position requires physical stamina.
  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working in an intelligence community training environment highly desired
• A solid understanding of the IC communities organization is highly desired
• Prior military background highly desired
• BA/BS Degree is highly desired
